  • Maintain a “Safe and Clean Culture” at all times

  • Follow all kitchen and back of house processes according to Jolt checklists, Quality Improvement Visit (QIV) requirements, and the “Chick-fil-A Way”

  • Prepare all food safely, accurately, and quickly

  • Report directly to Back of House Team Leader/Supervisor

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and food assembly area

  • Work with machines and hot oil, following all safety requirements to ensure a safe environment is being maintained

  • Work with raw chicken and bread using milk and egg wash and coater

  • Clean dishes and ensure sanitary water is being used at all times

  • Be REMARKable!

 

Certified Breading Team Member Requirements:

  • Complete breading training

  • Bread three separate times through lunch (day crew) or dinner, as well as close the breading station (night crew)

    • Does not hold on food at all during peak times

    • Filets are breaded well: correct size, color, good amount of breading

  • Maintains a safe and clean culture throughout the shift, reducing cross-contamination risks and keeping area clean to Team Leader or Supervisor’s standards

  • Night crew

    • Can complete all area closing tasks and cleaning no later than 10:20 pm 

    • Can assist in helping out other areas of Boards to finish at a good time

      • Putting away dishes

      • Cleaning floors

      • Extra (daily-specific) cleaning

  • Day crew

    • Sets themselves and night crew up for success

      • Enough chicken fileted

      • All breakfast products already stocked
